Entry Requirements:There are no formal entry requirements but candidates must be in a position (employed or voluntary) to collect evidence of environmental management activities in line with the requirements of the NVQ Level 4. Duration of the Course:The course will be delivered by an induction half-day workshop and up to 10 regular assessment visits at your workplace. The NVQ typically takes between 9 and 18 months to complete. We would recommend that you aim to complete in 12 months. Course Structure:The qualification is assessed on a "competent" or "not yet competent" basis. There are no examinations. All candidates will have support from a trained assessor who will provide advice on the collection of suitable information (a portfolio of evidence) to demonstrate that the work performance meets the requirements of the NVQ.
