Esh Group Training Skills

The Environmental Academy has assisted Esh Group to up skill their staff by delivering the CIEH Level 3 Award in Training Skills and Practice (TSP). The course will help Esh Group to deliver training and better engage the communities in which they work.

Working across the region in areas with diverse needs, Esh Group engages with learners in primary and secondary schools, universities and those in vulnerable and hard to reach groups.

Staff within Esh Group are involved in a wide range of activities allowing them to pass on their vast experience in an engaging format. The CIEH Level 3 Award in Training Skills and Practice course allows Esh Group to continually evolve as its staff skill base broadens and confidence builds.

This investment in training supplements Esh Group's existing skill set helping them to share their knowledge and experience via presentations and training sessions that captivate and inspire learners.
